Homework Club
Last night, the School Committee voted to accept a gift from the PTO. The gift will fund a homework club that will run two times a week (Tues/Thurs) for about ten weeks. The club will be open to students in grades 3-5. Each week, parents will have the opportunity to sign their child up for homework club for that week. Right now, we are in the process of hiring teacher to run the club. Stay tuned for more information very soon! Thank you to the PTO and to all of you for funding this free opportunity for our students!
Cradles to Crayons Fundraiser
Two of our third graders, Cecelia Maillus and Alexandra Karalis, and her brownie troop are having a fundraiser for Cradles to Crayons. Collection boxes are in the very front lobby from December 2nd-13th. Donations of clothing, toys, shoes/boots, books, winter gear, pajamas, and blankets (new or gently used) are welcome! It is so wonderful to have student led community service projects at our school!
