Last week, for Valentine's Day, our grades 4 and 5 students visited with their younger buddies and made friendship cards together!
School Site Council Meeting
Site Council will meet tomorrow night, Tuesday, February 25th at 7pm. We will begin working to write our school improvement plan and talk about budget and needs for next school year.
Drop and Go!
A reminder to NOT get out of your car in the morning when in the Lowell Avenue drop off line. If your child needs assistance getting out of the car, please park elsewhere and walk your child to the building. I am working with crossing guards to expedite the process but we need all families to follow the guidelines for drop off in the mornings.
Grade ONE Parent Coffee
There will be a parent coffee for parents of students in grade 1 this Thursday, February 27th at 8:20 am in the Lowell lounge. Topics covered include curriculum, instruction, assessment, social-emotional learning.
Early Release Wednesday
There will be an early release day this Wednesday for teacher professional development. There will be LEDP on that day, lunch will be served, and dismissal is at 12:15 pm.
School Committee Meeting Tonight
There will be a school committee meeting tonight at 6pm in Town Hall. This meeting is important because district administrators will be presenting vision for the district and budget needs for the upcoming school year. Please consider attending or watching on public access television.
